Spilling Goodness was born out of the feeling of getting together with good friends - while it can be hard to make the time, the goodness that comes from laughing with fellow moms is tough to top. When leaving a gathering of moms (on a school night, nonetheless), hugging each other goodbye and wishing and hoping there was a way to make it a weekly occurrence, we thought - why not?

We are here to bottle that feeling of goodness - filled up with camaraderie, inspiration, excitement and learning tips about things you didn't know that you didn't know. It seems only fitting that Jen answered all of our top travel questions just before taking off for the most complex trip she's ever planned - Japan! While Jen's love of traveling with her own family runs deep, her and her team of travel planners have guided and planned some truly special trips for hundreds of families. Kids & Social Media: How do you manage?

Our kids were born into a world with social media. While we may have checked AOL Instant Messenger away messages in college, that's the equivalent of a carrier pigeon to what they have at their fingertips today. What are the best and worst things you bought because you were "influenced"?

There's no doubt that the algorithm is trying to figure out just what to slip into our feeds to see if we'll click through. Sometimes, we find fantastic recommendations and other times we end up with duds. Think of this as the highs and l ows of what we've been influenced to purchase. On either side of the coin, we'd share these successes or cautionary tales with our deerest friends.

Let's talk about the speed of summer - yes, it does seem to fly by, but overall how does a summer day feel? Rushed, on-the-go, scheduled, "full" OR slower, unscheduled, wandering and "open"? Either way, when we settle into the rhythm of our summers, do our kids get bored? Get busy? Get creative? Or, get curious?
