When it comes to all the changes happening in our bodies as we approach perimenopause and menopause, we have way more questions than answers. When did your kiddo get a cell phone? And, how do you set boundaries?
With kids ranging from 11th grade to 1st grade, we are all at various stages of the parenting game. And, each of us have struggled with knowing the right timing for a cell phone for our kids. In Ali and Ashely's case, that time hasn't come yet. For Rebecca, with a Junior in High School, she's crossed that bridge, has a cell phone contract with her kids and has learned a lot along the way. If the feeling of having your nails "done" is something you enjoy and make time for is a totally personal preference. Between the 6 of us, we have 6 different thoughts on the topic - from no interest at all to a standing appointment in a salon every 3 weeks. Plus, 3 of us have at home options that we've become addicted to as well.


What is your Favorite Place in the World?
Where in the world do you feel inspired, in awe of your surroundings, full of wonder, most like yourself and totally comfortable? What would you do with 4 hours all to yourself? We have so many recharging me time ideas!
That illustrious "me time" is very hard to come by. And, as busy moms, the to-do list is relentless, so often times, free time to ourselves is taken up with getting something done - checking something off the list. While feeling productive can feel good, what if the to-do list was off limits? Then what? Even the daydream about this time (and freedom) is exciting.
