When it comes to all the changes happening in our bodies as we approach perimenopause and menopause, we have way more questions than answers. Between the 6 of us, we have 6 different thoughts on the topic - from no interest at all to a standing appointment in a salon every 3 weeks. Plus, 3 of us have at home options that we've become addicted to as well.


What is your Favorite Guilty Pleasure?
While one could argue that indulging in something that fills you up shouldn't leave you feeling guilty, we all have that one thing that we just love and others may not "get." Maybe it is a specific coffee order, questionable music preferences, catching up on Bravo or shopping - what keeps you sane, entertained and feeling like you?

Friendships in your 40's can feel like having people in your corner, a village of support and connections at important intersections in our lives. But, how do you make friends at this stage of the game? The 6 of us share where we've found our closest connections, how we foster these relationships and just what they mean to us.


What would you do with 4 hours all to yourself? We have so many recharging me time ideas!
That illustrious "me time" is very hard to come by. And, as busy moms, the to-do list is relentless, so often times, free time to ourselves is taken up with getting something done - checking something off the list. While feeling productive can feel good, what if the to-do list was off limits? Then what? Even the daydream about this time (and freedom) is exciting.
